Under the guidance of famed chef Cornelia Poletto, only the freshest ingredients must be used to receive the best possible result. Similarly, special emphasis was placed on authenticity and quality when it came to selecting the materials for the kitchen. The menu: brushed Portuguese limestone inlayed with fumed oak garnished with solid stainless steel of a sterling silver cut. Served with hand-bronzed steel plates in combination with Bretagne wood and stingray leather. In order to ensure a special ambience while enjoying the self-cooked dishes, the wooden tables were made using the floor of the Hamburger Schauspielhaus stage. Wood that means the world.
